The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial, informational and educational purposes only. We are an independent information provider and are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, any Digital Asset, exchange, issuer, or project referenced on the Service.

4. No financial, investment, or professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes, or is intended to constitute, investment, financial, trading, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any Digital Asset or to engage in any transaction. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or financial institution. Digital Assets are highly volatile and speculative and may result in the total loss of your capital. Any figures, rankings, projections, or “price target” and “what-if” calculations are illustrative estimates only and are not predictions or guarantees of any past, present, or future value. Prices, market capitalizations, supply figures, rankings, and derived calculations are estimates and are not guaranteed. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
